| All flags will be shipped with a Canvas
Header unless you specify a Pole Hem or Pole Hem with Fringe (Gold or
Silver). We will ship according to the Item Number if provided. |
| Quantity Discounts
are automatically applied on All Fax or Telephone
Orders. Online orders may not be able to be discounted in all
circumstances. Some Quantity Discounts start on as little as 6 to 12
pieces. |
| Include your Mailing Address and Zip
Code. Print clearly on all E-Mail Addresses. |
| We are not responsible for order errors
when a telephone number is not provided. |
| Before returning an item, you must have
an Returned Goods Authorization Number. All items deemed not defective
may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling Charges
will not be refunded unless by our error. View our

| All Special Orders
must be Paid for in Advance and are Not Returnable. Special Orders
are inspected for defects before they are shipped. |

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER |
| Once your order is placed online or payment
is received we will ship as soon as possible. Some items are not always
ready to ship depending on the nature of the item.
You should receive your order within 4 to 12 working days (Monday
through Friday). |
| Our normal (ground) shipping service is
USPS Priority Mail. For only a few cents more we can ship using this
service to anywhere in the 48 states usually within
2 to 3 days. Orders to coastal islands, Hawaii and Alaska may
take 5 to 10 days due to there location. We also ship Next Day Air when
requested, however it is best to contact us by telephone or fax to make
sure your order is in stock and available for Next Day Air service. |
| UPS and FedEx are also available at higher
rates. |
| If you need an order by a certain date,
please contact us by telephone or fax. You can also specify a needed by
date in the Additional Shipping Information
section of any online order. If you need a reply for an estimated arrival
date, provide us your fax number, telephone number or e-mail address so
we can reply with estimated arrival information for you. |
