DEFECTIVE & RETURNED GOODS POLICY

All items sold by Flag One, Inc. and Discount Flag (Flag One) have a limited warranty for replacement or repair for a period of 30 days.

Flag One is not responsible for return postage or initial postage, unless the item is deemed defective by Flag One and/or the original manufacturer. If deemed an initial defect in the workmanship by the original manufacturer, and a replacement is requested, Flag One will replace the initial postage and return the replacement item postage paid. If only a refund is requested for a defective item, Flag One will gladly refund the item price and initial postage.

To return a purchased item for a refund, or if a defect is found, you must contact us for a returned goods authorization (RGA) and the address to ship the item to. All returned items without an RGA will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. For security reasons, only scheduled incoming packages will be accepted by our receiving department. Only stock-items may be returned. Custom or special orders are not considered stock-items.

Items NOT DEFECTIVE may incur a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion, depending on the nature of the item. Postage will NOT BE REFUNDED on non-defective items.

Flagpoles, Never-Furl™, flags, banners, flag brackets and accessories are warranted, depending on use, within the initial 30 day period as described below:

Flagpoles will be examined for location of flagpole, size of flag flown, recent weather conditions, etc. before a determination is made. Flagpoles cannot be used in a manner inconsistent with normal use. Flags should be taken down during inclement weather and excessive winds, unless on a commercial flagpole. Commercial flagpoles cannot be warranted during inclement weather if the flag is left flying on the flagpole.
Never-Furl™ are warranted by the manufacturer, they will make the determination on a defective Never-Furl™. Flag One provides no warranty on Never-Furl™ other than the original warranty of the manufacturer, which is 30 days from purchase.
Flags and Banners are warranted by Flag One to be free from defects when purchased. All Flags will be examined for workmanship and initial defects. Fading, misuse, flags mounted too close to a building, etc. are not valid defects. Screen printed flags with minor faults in printing are NOT considered defective due to the complexity of printing multi-color flags. ALL FLAGS AND BANNERS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A DEFECTIVE CLAIM.
Flags and Banners which are Special Orders and/or Custom Orders are NOT RETURNABLE. They are inspected for defects before they are shipped.
Flagpole Brackets are warranted to be free from defects when purchased. An adjustable bracket should not be used with a flag larger than 3ft. x 5ft. All brackets returned will be examined for use and a determination will be made upon examining all pieces of the bracket.
Accessories are subject to examination and an individual determination within the initial 30-day purchase period.

Flag One will be happy to make recommendations on use of your flagpoles, brackets and flags at your request. Please provide type of building, where you want to mount the bracket, length of flagpole, and size of flag you would like to fly.
